What if I can’t remember my login or password?
Your Business Print password is the same as your Business.Walmart.com log on and password.
Navigate to to reset your password.
To reset your password, input your account email and click continue. You will then see a Forgot Password button underneath the password box to begin the process of resetting your password.
Additonally, you may use a verification code delivered to the email associated with your account to login without having to input your password

Where can I track my order?
- Select Account at the top right of most pages and sign in
- Select Track Orders from the list of options
- Locate your recent order and select the See order status link next to the order number
- If your order is still processing, the link will display as Track Shipment
- Tracking numbers will not be available if the order is ready for pick up.

How can I return my order?
You may return an order with all original packaging, accessories and packing slip either by mail or to the Customer Service area at your local Walmart store. Photo Prints cannot be returned by mail. For more information please see Returns & Refunds.

How can I get 1-Hour/Same Day Pickup?
Check the delivery options when you are about to select ‘Create Now’ on an item. If they are blue, the selected item is available in that delivery option.

What kind of photos can I upload and use?
You can upload JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) digital photos or PNG (.png) files. Transparent .PNG files are supported.

How can I add text to my photo gift?
When you are creating Business Printing products, click the TEXT tab to add or edit text boxes. If the Add New Text button is unavailable to click, the design doesn’t support additional text boxes.

How can I customize the back of my business card?
All business cards come with customizable backs. Postcards and calendars also feature double sided printing. For these products, both sides will be visible in the Customizer Tool to edit.

What are the different estimated delivery times?
- Standard (3 to 5 business days)
- Expedited (2 to 3 business days)

Can I edit my order after it's been submitted?
An order cannot be changed once it has been submitted. You can cancel your order and then reorder it under the Business Printing Orders page. When reordering a product, you will have the chance to edit it before checking out.

Will my designs, uploads, or photos be stored permanently?
Walmart Business Printing accounts are not intended to be used as permanent photo, document, or design storage.
Simply by making a purchase of a Business Printing product, your account will remain active and uploaded items will not be deleted. However, please note that if another purchase is not made within the following 18 months, uploaded items will be deleted.

Your Account & Uploads
Create a New Business Printing Account
You will need a Business Printing account to order printing products.
If you already have a Business.Walmart.com account, you can use the same email address and password to sign in.
If you do not have a Walmart Business account, you can create an account in a few quick steps. To create a Walmart Business account, you will need:
- A valid email address.
- Access to a computer with an Internet connection.
- Your company’s EIN.
- Your company’s name, full address, and phone number.
Please note:
To create an account, you must sign up digitally. We cannot create your account over the phone or by mail.To create your accound please follow these steps:
- Select 'Account'
- Click Business Printing Account to open the create your Business Printing account page. The Primary Admin is the person who creates your business account and organization. Go to Manage Users to learn more about these roles.
- Enter your business email address and other account information:
- First name
- Last name
- Business email
- Create a password
- Select
Next step
- Enter the required fields:
- Registered organization name
- Employer identification number (EIN)
- Organization phone number
- Street address
- City
- State
- Zip code
- Select
Submit
If your business already has an account:
- Primary Admin invites you to join Walmart Business.
- You'll receive an email request.
- Select
Join Walmart Business
and complete the account registration process.
Please note: Account holders are subject to the Walmart Business terms of use as well as the Business Printing terms of use. You must agree to these terms to create an account.
Sign In to Your Business Printing Account
Once you've created an account, or if you already have an account with Walmart Business, you are ready to sign in:
- Go to My Account
- In the
Sign In
area, enter your email address and password. - Click Sign In.
What is Business Verification?
For security, we verify new registrations during sign-up. We’ll only notify you if we’re unable to verify your organization.
To speed up the process, make sure you give us the correct information. If it fails to verify, we may close the account permanently.
- Primary Admins will get an email with a link to verify your organization.
- Buyers and Admins will get an email to contact their Primary Admin.
Once verified, a green checkmark will show next to your Organization Name in My Account.
