To place a print order, you'll need a Business Printing account. If you already have a Walmart Business account, use the same login details.
To create a new account:
Go to Account and choose Business Printing Account
Enter your business email and create a password
Provide your organization’s name, EIN, phone number, and address
Submit your information to complete registration
Only digital sign-ups are accepted—phone or mail sign-ups are not available.

If you already have a Business Printing or Walmart Business account:
Visit My Account
Enter your email and password
Click Sign In
You'll be directed to your dashboard, where you can place and manage print orders.

Should I be using Walmart Business Print or Walmart Photo?
Walmart Business Print is designed for business customers who need printing for professional use.
Use Walmart Business Print if you're ordering on behalf of a company or require a business account (with EIN)
Use Walmart Photo if you're ordering for personal or non-business needs
If you're unsure, Walmart Photo is best for one-off or personal prints, while Walmart Business Print offers a curated assortment of customizable business products & business designs, from education to non profit to healthcare & more.

What is Business Verification?
New organizations are verified during account creation for security purposes.
Primary Admins will receive an email to verify the business
Buyers/Admins will be asked to contact their Primary Admin
Once verified, a green checkmark appears next to your organization’s name in My Account
Incorrect details may delay or prevent verification, so double-check all information before submitting.
